In 1983 Sunland Homes P/L was established
with it's first venture, a single luxury home at Benowa
Waters on Queensland's Gold
Coast. From there Sunland Group began to establish
a new level of luxury which had never before been seen
on the Gold Coast, including Paradise Waters (still
one of the most up market residential address on the
Gold Coast.) One early development ‘The Malibu’,a
prestigious 20 story residential apartment tower is
to this day, recognised as one of the most sought after
and highly regarded addresses in the Main Beach area.
