Chairman and founder of
the Raptis Group, Jim Raptis first dabbled in
the property development industry in Sydney
in 1967, from there moved to the
Gold
Coast in the mid-70s.
In no time at all the highly regarded Raptis
name experienced great levels of success and
established a benchmark reputation for excellence
and imaginative development - projects that
not only had visual appeal, but also with an
ambience that exuded warmth and welcome.
A commitment to creating developments with strong,
enduring architectural elements, pioneering
design and a focus on lifestyle has seen the
'Raptis style' reconstruct the Gold Coast image
and skyline.
Raptis is renowned for creating revolutionary
fashions in architectural design – Ranging
from curved balconies, as first displayed on
Mykonos, to chic roof structures as seen on
Platinum on the Beach.
Raptis was, and still remains at the forefront
of integrated residential, resort, retail and
commercial development. Raptis has created more
multi functional developments than any other company
on the Gold Coast. Properties such as St. Tropez,
Monte Carlo, Le Boulevard and The Forum added
sophistication and liveliness to the heart of
the
Surfers
Paradise in the early - mid 80s.
Raptis Group is confident about the future growth
of South-East Queensland. With soaring population
and a high demand for new residential accommodation
has inspired Raptis Group to produce more
luxury
apartments to meet consumer demand.
