The Nikiforides group commenced business in the construction
and property development industry in 1969 in Canberra,
subsequently increasing activities into the Sydney areas,
and several other locations along the NSW Eastern seaboard.
In 1978, Niecon Developments relocated
and expanded their business ventures to South East Queensland
where a reputation for innovation, quality and advancement
with the industry was quickly established.

catalyst in the revival of Broadbeach with the ‘Niecon
Tower’ and ‘Niecon Plaza’ during 1990
and are now doing it all again with Oracle Tower One
