Our History

Recognising a niche in the market at the beginning of 2005, the founder Luke Woollard began Pacific Lifestyle Property^TM with a definitive goal to provide our valued customers the ultimate in Gold Coast Real Estate.

Initially the company specialized as a developers agent for numerous villa style developments in the masterplanned community Varsity Lakes near Robina.

We quickly grew into a profitable and recognised marketing, sales and development organisation, representing various highrise apartment developments in premium locations.

Our client list now reads like a who’s who of Australian property and we enjoy an enviable relationship with our valued customers. Superior results have earned a us a reputation for excellence amongst our clients, who include the largest property developers in Australia.

In 2006, the company established a property management service which quickly expanded with tens of millions of property assets under management. The property management business and our other non-core business was subsequently sold in 2010 when the group relocated the Melbourne, Victoria.

Pacific Lifestyle Property is keenly sought after by the media to provide comments on the Gold Coast real estate market and has featured in many national newspapers, newsstand magazines and regional television.

Luke has established client relationships with leading Gold Coast property developers and a large diverse customer database that spans all continents.

Prior to establishing Pacific Lifestyle Property, Luke achieved broad and rare experience in marketing and software design.

Luke has travelled to England, France, Italy, Fiji, Hawaii, USA, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, New Caledonia, New Zealand and most of Australia’s East Coast. He is the proud father of a little boy.
