Our History

Recognising a niche in the market at the beginning of 2005, the founding shareholders Luke Woollard & Elisa Woollard began Pacific Lifestyle Property^TM with a definitive goal to provide our valued customers the ultimate in Gold Coast Real Estate.

Initially the company specialized as a developers agent for numerous villa style developments in the masterplanned community Varsity Lakes near Robina.

We quickly grew into a profitable and recognised marketing, sales and development organisation, representing various skyhome^TM and apartment residences in premium beach locations.

Our rapidly expanding client list now reads like a who’s who of Australian property and we enjoy an enviable relationship with our valued customers.

In 2006, the company established a property management service which has expanded to over $18 million in property assets under management.

Each year, Pacific Lifestyle Property connects tens of thousands of holiday seekers and property investors with Gold Coast accommodation and Gold Coast Investment Properties with one of Australia's leading real estate website networks.

State of the art systems and processes have earned us an excellent reputation amongst our clients, who include the largest property developers in Australia.

With a combined experience of over 15 years in property, the directors are now keenly sought after by the media to provide comments on the Gold Coast real estate market. Pacific Lifestyle Property has featured in national newspapers, newsstand magazines and on regional television.

Future expansion plans include the growth of our property development business; an offshoot of the directors passion for creating exciting new residential homes from worn-out real estate.

Luke has established client relationships with leading Gold Coast property developers and a diverse customer database encompassing much of Australia / Oceania, SE Asia, UK and South Africa.

Prior to establishing Pacific Lifestyle Property, Luke achieved broad and rare experience in marketing and software design.

Luke has travelled to Fiji, Hawaii, New York, Florida, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, New Caledonia, New Zealand and Australia’s East Coast. He is the proud father of a little boy.

Elisa has extensive experience in marketing and asset management. Elisa initiates PLP's successful marketing initiatives and oversees the day to day operations of our rental department.

Prior to establishing Pacific Lifestyle Property, Elisa was Assistant Curator at the widely regarded McClelland Sculpture Park in Melbourne, Victoria where she lead the installation team.

Elisa has travelled to Fiji, Hawaii, Malaysia, Bali, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, New Caledonia, New Zealand, California and throughout Australia. She is the proud mother of a little boy.
